What we collect

• Account details: email, and (if you sign up) your name and a password hash.
• Order details: the service purchased, amount, currency, payment date and status, and the billing address entered at checkout (for tax).
• Technical data: cookies needed for your sign-in session and language preference.

Card numbers and Alipay account details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.

How we use it

• To deliver the services you buy and handle payments, refunds and subscriptions;
• To send service emails such as order confirmations and renewal notices;
• To calculate and report taxes as required by law and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the services: with Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and our email provider, and with authorities where required by law.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as required by tax law; other data is deleted when you close your account. You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].
